Henry Rodriguez is a member of the State Bars of Oregon, Florida, and Minnesota. He is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Oregon, South Florida and Minnesota. Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Rodriguez concentrates his immigration practice on family-based and humanitarian-based immigration, as well as federal litigation.
His intellectual property practice focuses on ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Rodriguez has argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Rodriguez is a 2004 cum laude graduate of the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, where he earned Book Awards in Contract Law and Trademark Law.
